Ashley Wagner, Esquire concentrates her practice in the areas of municipal law, commercial law, delinquent tax law, and general litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she was employed as an associate attorney at a prominent creditors’ rights law firm in downtown Pittsburgh. There she gained valuable experience in all aspects of creditors’ rights, including commercial and consumer collections.
Attorney Wagner received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, cum laude, with a minor in professional writing from Elizabethtown College. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Duquesne University School of Law. While in law school, she was the production editor of Duquesne Law Review and a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. During her law school career, Attorney Wagner was an intern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, as well as a teaching assistant for the director of Duquesne Law School’s Legal Research and Writing Program.
Attorney Wagner is admitted to the highest court of the Commonwealth, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Attorney Wagner is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, including the Commercial Law Section, the Association of Municipal and School Solicitors Section, and the Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
