Jennifer Bittel, Esquire concentrates her practice in the areas of municipal law, family law, personal injury, and tax law. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bittel was employed as an associate attorney at a family law firm in downtown Pittsburgh. While there, she gained valuable experience in all aspects of family law, including child custody, divorce, and support.
Attorney Bittel received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, with a minor in English Literature, summa cum laude. Ms. Bittel received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida. While in law school, Attorney Bittel was the Treasurer of the Child Advocacy and Family Law Society, as well as a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. During her law school career, Ms. Bittel was an intern for the Honorable David Cercone of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She also served as a legal intern with the office of the Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Attorney Bittel is admitted to the highest court of the Commonwealth, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Attorney Bittel is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, including the Family Law Section, the Association of Municipal and School Solicitors Section, and the ACBA’s “Stepping Out” program.
