Weston Pesillo, Esquire concentrates his practice in the areas of estate law, including estate administration and planning, personal injury, municipal law and zoning, and general civil litigation.
Attorney Pesillo received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, cum laude, from Susquehanna University. He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. While in law school, he was the Notes and Comments editor of Pitt Law’s Journal of Law & Commerce, and was recognized with a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the course of Federal Courts & Litigation. During his law school career, Attorney Pesillo was a law clerk for a prominent personal injury and medical malpractice firm in downtown Pittsburgh.
Attorney Pesillo is admitted to the highest court of the Commonwealth, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Attorney Pesillo maintains membership in the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania
